烤玉米糕


2009—— 应小熊星要求,把这个菜谱找了出来。

这个菜谱简单易行。我做过很多次。每次用那种做蛋糕的烤盘烤一大盘,当早饭吃够吃好几天,一般是配着牛奶吃的。这是一个美国朋友给我的配方。这个配方也可以变些花样来,例如加葡萄干,加胡萝卜丝,加各式干果(核桃仁啦,杏仁啦等)。我不爱吃太甜的东西,每次还会少放些糖。




Sweet Cornbread  
Prep Time: 15 Minutes   Cook Time: 30 Minutes Ready In: 50 Minutes
Yields: 15 servings 
INGREDIENTS:1 1/2 cups cornmeal 2 1/2 cups milk 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2/3 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 
DIRECTIONS:
1.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a small bowl, combine cornmeal and milk; let stand for 5 minutes. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. 2.  In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.  3.  Mix in the cornmeal mixture, eggs and oil until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. 4.  Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the cornbread
粉粉绿绿没有最懒的, 只有更懒的!  Costco 有卖这种cornbread mix的, 每次烤出来都是又香又润。
