Outback Steak house Bread (no rye)

1 1/2 cup water – warmed （用咖啡代替了）
2 tablespoons butter -- softened
1/2 cup honey
2 cups bread flour
2 cups wheat flour
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons instant coffee （我用了一杯咖啡加 １／２杯水代替了这个和水）
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon caramel color – optional (我用了caramel syrup, 不黑,但味道好吃)
3 tablespoons cornmeal -- for dusting (用了点麦片)
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in the bread machine and select "basic" bread cycle and "med brown" crust.
